What are natural ways to help fall asleep?

I have problems falling asleep at night even if I am extremely tired. I worked 6 straight days and last night I couldn't fall asleep for at least an hour. Now I have worked seven straight and I'm worried the same thing will happen and I have to be up at 5AM again tomorrow for work. Anything to help aid in the sleep process? The best ways to fall asleep are to drink a warm glass of milk, camomile tea, or herbal tea with honey, before bed! I'd try them all to see which works best for you! However, don't drink green tea before bed because that's suppose to slightly boost your metabolism, and avoid teas with caffeine before bed. If I were you, I'd try the warm milk first. Pleasant dreams and I applaud you for working all 7-days of the week, although temporary!
