Itchy skin postpartum?
Hi,
I am almost 7 months postpartum and stopped breastfeeding about 8 weeks ago. From time to time I get itchy skin especially on my arms, legs and face, so it comes and goes every now and then. i had it while pregnant but it was much worse so what I experience now is a mild itchiness especially where my hair or clothes touch the skin. I use Aveeno anti-itch lotion and it seems to Help but I wonder what I can do to get rid of the itchiness completely. Your opinion is highly appreciated.
Oh gosh, that happened to me. It was terrible, I actually got scabs from itching. I used coconut oil right after the shower and then right before bed. It helped. Didnt alleviate it, but it definitely got much better.
